About Department

Most medical cases start in the General Medicine section. This section sees a wide range of patients, from simple cases like colds and flu to more complex cases like diabetes, high blood pressure, or respiratory difficulties. So, it is very important for a doctor to know the patient's full clinical picture and provide an appropriate diagnosis.

The General Medicine section at PMCH is all about comprehensive clinical examinations and evidence-based treatment. Our clinical team uses an organised procedure to figure out what is wrong with a patient. This includes obtaining a complete history, doing a physical exam, and running diagnostic tests. Based on these results, they develop a treatment plan. Although numerous cases may seem ordinary at first, the truth is that astute clinical judgment ultimately guides the trajectory of subsequent therapy.

Vision

Our goal at PMCH is to create a healthcare system that ensures patients receive a clear diagnosis, prompt treatment, and coordinated clinical support.

Mission

  • To keep a structured clinical approach for diagnosing and treating patients.
  • To focus on treating both simple and complex medical problems in the best way possible.
  • To provide coordinated care for patients through a team of doctors from different fields.
  • To use evidence-based medicine to make a difference in the health of patients.
